Tasty breakfast selections, place was spotless. We stayed in a very well decorated room with quiet bedroom. Only 15 min walk to downtown. The hotel had a fabulous bar and an outdoor restaurant. Charming property, had a really marvellous service. Actually everything was fabulous.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was hip new and perfectly clean, had nice views, unbeatable location extremely close to civic train station so that is nice! Great beds, updated rooms and huge bath. Excellent service, though a few employees were pretty awful.
The breakfast was poor, I think it could be much better.

Everything in this modest hotel was incredible, we loved it. The stuff was CARING, took good care of everyone. Room had a luxurious bathroom and climate control, WiFi and terrace. Food was awesome, reasonably priced.

Excellent base for exploring San Francisco. Clean and big size venue with particularly nice views. Exceptionally comfortable beds, pay television, a seating area and ironing facilities were a nice touch. Also, I enjoyed how unbeatable the location was. The property was set in a pretty nice area.

We loved the residential location and how overall clean the place was kept. They gave us a superior king room with a king bed, big balcony and patio. With very good check-in and late check-out, this hotel was truly memorable! Besides, we parked our car nearby.

Boutique, fairly clean hotel with wonderful location. I liked a modern decor and contemporary furniture. Early check-in, outstandingly accommodating staff.
The breakfast they served was expensive, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

Staff were very polite, the location was top, the bed was neat. Breakfast was gorgeous and I loved meats, eggs, bread, fruit and cheese. Room was airy and had a big balcony. Service in the hotel was amazing too. A good beach, outstanding view.

In general, the hotel was pretty clean. Appreciated the very safe area. We had a room overlooking the city, the property was nice budget. The staff did all they can for a fairly nice stay. The pool was heated.
